Celebration Time Party Package!!
Prices Based on Number of Children & Adults
- 2 hours of directed music play on our state-of-the-art dance floor.
Choices or Combinations of:
- Sing Along &/or Learn a song from a favorite musical or group. Special Birthday song selections are included.
- Dancing—free style or learn a routine.
- Musical games including freeze dance, four corners and other “Fantasia Specials” are sure to bring laughs and memories.
- Rhythm instrument exploration and play along geared to birthday child’s age group including our original, “Bop the Birthday Beat”.
- Cake time with Staff to help set up and clean up *Tables & Chairs for Children and Adults
Logistics:
- You may provide any food you wish for children and/or adults. Designated buffet area provided. You may provide alcohol for adults.
- You may provide decorations, balloons (w/o confetti)
- You will need to provide table covers and paper plates, napkins, utensils
- You will have 45 minutes to set up prior to party start time.
- FFM staff will assist with set up and clean up of party
- Additional Time may be added to the original contract.
Important “Gotta Do’s”
- Must provide final head count of children and adults 5 business days prior to the event
- Non-refundable $250 deposit required at time of booking, which will be applied to your final balance
- 10 day non-refundable party cancellation policy
- 10% service charge applied to all parties
- 3% credit card fee is applied for all payments via credit card
What to do Next??
- Email fantasiafamilymusic@gmail.com to reserve date and time availability.
- We will send you a party agreement and provide directions to pay the deposit to hold the date. (A tour may be scheduled prior to paying deposit.)
- Note: Facility includes 2 bathrooms, stage areas, stage lights, professional sound equipment—speakers and microphones. (Large screen video or photo presentations may be planned for an extra charge.)
- Facility does not include a kitchen or refrigerator at this time.
- All food must arrive prepared. Coolers & Ice are not provided.
